We will gladly pay a referral fee of $1000.00 to any person who refers to us an individual (s) who is looking to buy or sell a property (and has the permission of the individual to provide their name to us) and enters into an agency relationship with us that results in a firm deal (sale or purchase). On the completion date of the contract sale / purchase our brokerage will issue the referral fee cheque to the person who provided the referral
